Insurance Cover

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the appointed chauffeur is covered at least as a named driver on the vehicle to be driven with the hirers own insurance broker/agent at the time of hire or can prove that cover is in place before any chauffeur can be dispatched. No responsibility of loss/liability or damage whatsoever will be accepted by Chauffeur Cars Essex or any appointed driver and booking a Chauffeur through Chauffeur Cars Essex is an acceptance of these terms.

Bookings For Chauffeur Only Hire Essex, Kent & London

All bookings must be made through Chauffeur Cars Essex and not with the chauffeurs directly. Chauffeurs will not accept work if contacted directly and both parties will be barred from service if found to do so.

Payments

No account facility is offered for chauffeur hire only. Please do not ask as refusal often offends. Payments shall be made at the time of booking and a full receipt will be issued upon completion of service. Expenses will be added to the payment.
